1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ctrltap website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Ctrltap.

2. Services Provided

Ctrltap provides web development, search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), reputation management, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information needed to deliver services, including business details, brand assets, login credentials, and content approvals. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal or service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Ctrltap reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments exceeding 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, content, and deliverables created by Ctrltap become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in writing. Ctrltap retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates used in delivery remain the property of Ctrltap.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ctrltap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue increases.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Ctrltap will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning deliverables and access credentials to the client or their designated representative.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
